Drainage and Drinking water are the priority

Hyderabad, April 8, 2009: Former Minister and Telugu Desam Party nominee from Khairatabad Constituency, Sri K. Vijayarama Rao did the pada yatra in Film Nagar, Jubilee Hills locality. During his pada yatra in Vinayaka Nagar, Bal Reddy Nagar, Babu Naidu Nagar etc of Jubilee Hills. He said that he will sort out drainage and drinking problems in these localities, if TDP comes into power.

During his door to door campaign many women brought drinking and drainage problems to his notice for which Mr. K. Vijaya Rama Rao said that solving these problems are his priority. This is the third pada yatra taken up by TDP in Film Nagar Basties. Mr.K.Vijaya Rama Rao blamed current administration for not being able to take up any development activity in the locality. He also briefed the public on how Colour TV schemes, Cash Transfer schemes are going to benefit the poor. He explained cash transfer scheme would be absolutely transparent as there will not be any role of middle man. He also explained about NTR Arogya Shree and all other schemes which are beneficial to poor families who live in Basthis.

Mr.K.Vijaya Rama Rao also did Pada Yatra in Tumalla Basti, Chintala Basti of Khairatabad. Mr.Kaja Suryanarayana, Ex-Corporator from Jubilee Hills Division, and N. Srinivas, Vijay Rao, Salem, P.Padma, Suguna, Yellaiah, Ram Das participated in the Pada Yatra. Smt. K.Annapurna, his daughter also accompanied him during this tour.
